Matthew BOERSIG McPHILLIPS joined the Department of Health Economics as a research associate in February 2025. He holds an MSc in Economic and Business Analytics from the Johannes Kepler University, Linz. His thesis explored the impact of first-ever stroke on labour market participation. During the course of his studies he gathered experience in empirical research as an assistant at the Department of Health Economics, JKU.
