The project aims to evaluate primary care systems in Europe against criteria of quality, equity and costs. It will enable to answer questions like, which elements of structure and organisation of primary care are associated with access to high quality services against affordable costs. And: by what mechanisms primary care structure and organisation are related to overall health care system goals.
The outcomes of the project aim to help decision makers to shape primary care systems optimally.
